I know that after you’ll finish reading this (if ever) some of you will be irritated (or I should say mildly annoyed. Zen people don’t get irritated, do they? Oh, how I envy you!).

But I hope (really, really hope) there is also another category of readers: those who can relate! (Please, please, say yes!)
That being said, this is how it started.
I have read somewhere that if you want to learn about meditation (and start doing it) you should start with TWO minutes practice. You ONLY need to think about NOTHING.
Right! I thought it can’t be that difficult!
